So today in my hast to go up the stairs to the records office to register, I ever-so-gracefully tripped going up the steps. I just sat there, laughed, and regained my composure. Funny how if that'd have happened back in high school, I'd have been so incredibly embarrassed, but today, it didn't really matter. Who cares?



Only 21 more days people....21 more days til the end of the semester (and my birthday!!) I hope I can make it through them......it could get a little rough...scratch that....it's getting rough, but the end is in sight!!!

This is one of the most gorgeous weekends we've had in awhile. I had to work yesterday and when I got done at 4pm, I went home and told Kara we were running. It was fabulous! Perfect weather for a run!! Today, Kara and I layed outside for a good hour....I'm a little pink and lovin' it! I fell asleep...it was so great! We went for another run later....I think one of the best feeling is that ache in your muscles after a good run outside after a long, cold winter. Sure I had and still have homework, but 70+ degrees in March doesn't come often so it's important to take advantage of it while you can....those are my words of wisdom or whatever you wanna call them.....so, next time it's nice out and you have homework to do....go outside and enjoy the nice weather! Forget homework...blah.

So does 2 dates in one night make me a player? How odd it is that I can go for ages without a date and then BAM! just like that I have 2 in one night?! Now mind you, one was a NCTO so it really wasn't more than a random-going-nowhere-in-the-future-date. The other was more of what I'd consider a date. Both were fun, although the NCTO was odd after a few hours cause it was the first time I'd really talked to this guy so after a good 3 hours, it was time to call it quits. The other was more comfortable seeing as I knew the guy better. It's just so odd to be going on a date....it's been so long, I feel foreign to it all. I tell ya what though, people sure do jump to conclusions around here.....ya it was a date, not an acceptance to a marriage proposal!!! sheesh people! It is exciting, though, to be going on dates...exciting and kinda nerve wracking. And it's nice to know you're still somewhat attractive to someone.

Well, Bethany is gone now...I enjoyed having here out here but I find that we lack conversation. I know a lot of that is cause of the age difference and I hope that as she gets older things will change. For the time being, we talk about boys cause that seems to be the peek of her interest these days. She made me the coolest thing for my birthday (a little early)....it's a fleece body pillow!! It's fantastic!

So I had a soccer game last night and ya we won but I was frustrated with myself. I left quickly to go run...the one semi-athletic thing I can do. I haven't played in 3 years so I'm a bit rusty and I really sucked it up out there last night. Me and another teammate were down by the goal and he yells, "Shot!" and for some STUPID reason I think he means "pass me the ball cause I'm in line to take shot." Jennifer, has that EVER meant that?!?!? NO!!! grrr....i'm a moron. I could not for the life of me get my head in the game. I love soccer and I just wish I had a piece of my brother's athletic ability...oh well....I guess I'll just keep making a fool out of myself....it's a good thing my team is good and can make up for my lack of ability.

I swear, I'm such a science geek. Not only do I have my own key to the science hall, but skip classes to spend time studying in the lab....that's right, about 7 hours were spent in that hall today. And the test? Ya, not gonna lie, it was rough. I had such a pounding headache by that time that I'm not real confident I did well....oh well, it's over and that's all that matters!!!

So my little sister, Bethany, is out visiting for the next few days. Tonight she went to Exalt and afterwards notified me that "a lot of hot guys go here." Congratulations men of IWU...you have appealed to a 13 year old. ;)

I seriously think I have the craziest family. Sunday morning, I was in the bathroom putting my contacts in and Joshua was brushing his teeth. I hear noise behind me where he's at and turn around to find him fully clothed in the shower, leaning on the side just chillin', brushing his teeth. I laugh as he proceeds to spit and rinse, all in the shower. Mom comes in, and upon seeing him turning the shower on, asks, "What are you doing?" Josh, ever-so-nonchalantly replies, "Just brushing my teeth." This is only a glimpse into what it's like living with a 15 year old.

I'm so groggy right now...let's see if I can form a complete thought...thank goodness for caffeine. So Jonathan and I left from school yesterday for Brittany and Nick's rehearsal for their wedding today. On the way there we ran into some wonderful Columbus traffic. We're sitting there and Jonathan reaches over, turns off the radio and goes,"Let's sing a musical!" He proceeds to sing in opera style about the cars around us, the traffic, and the wedding. I sat there laughing my head off and realized that there's no one else that I'd feel comfortable singing about a 'gay volvo' (as Jon called it) next to me than my brother. It was so funny! I have such a cool brother, both actually but more on Joshua later.

So here I am, entering the world of online journals....as if I don't have enough to do already...eh, oh well. I'm amused by them so why not.

So I head home today for my friend's wedding. I'm really quite excited because I get to see a bunch of old friends, plus, it's a wedding....fun times right there. Hope there's dancing...yes, I did type that 'evil' word....sorry IWU. Christa and I are singing in it too, which is such an honor to me. I spent last night trying to figure out what I'm gonna wear....I'm such a girl. Jonathan and I are going back together and I'm really looking forward to the time together with him cause even though we go to the same school, I don't get to spend much time with him. He and I went to the musical together last night and that was a lot of fun. He's such a cool kid.
