Maybe I should clarify.....
I think I need to clarify something.....writing about being single does not necessarily mean I'm unhappy about it. I know the Valentine's Day one sounded pretty bitter, sorry, oh well. My writing about being single just means I'm trying to share what I've figured out with others who may not be at that poing in their lives. God's given me a peace about it and I'm honestly fine with being single. I'm not out on the hunt for some guy like half the other girls here at school nor am I about to do the "senior scramble".

Hey Jen, how are ya? I think that expressing how you feel about the point in life you're at can be hard because you want to be honest but at the same time you know how you're "supposed to feel"- content. It's so easy for people to take things the wrong way. You sound really grounded though, and you know your God is good and He is the one in whom all of your joy and hope can be found, regardless of being attached or unattached. At the end of the day, married or unmarried, dating or un-dating, what matters is devotion to Christ sista! (I am totally preaching to the choir here :)
