On my Own....kinda

Considering the fact that I live in a house, I decided it would be stupid to get a meal plan, so I've been cooking for myself these past few days. Tuesday I made enough enchiladas to feed an army (ok, not quite). It's kinda fun cooking for myself, although, even though I enjoy it, I don't know how to cook a lot. Baking's another story...I could bake all day but I don't know as much about cooking. It's also difficult to figure out how to cook for one as opposed to 6 at home. Makes me wanna go to culinary school even more :) I wish I had more money to really experiment with stuff....guess I can do that this summer :)
